This new products advantage is its ceramic firebox (the chamber for fuel is lined with ceramics), where perfect fuel combustion occurs with minimum emissions. Also, condensation and tar production is reduced to a minimum. Less condensate = extended boiler durability. The boiler provides for fuel pre-drying and subsequent gasification at higher temperatures. The advantage of the wood-fuel boiler is that preheated primary air is supplied directly above the jet, which prevents the combustion of a larger volume of fuel at once, degasification of the entire hopper and output fluctuation. Even the distribution of supplied preheated primary air on both sides ensures the gasification of only an essential amount of fuel. Therefore, the boiler is very economical, with low fuel consumption and high combustion efficiency (85 - 89%) throughout the whole output range. This configuration allows for better gasification of wood chips and waste wood. Secondary air supplied to the gasifying jet is also preheated to a high temperature. The rear flue duct is used as an exchanger. Therefore, the flame is not cooled and combustible materials are burned very efficiently. The bottom combustion chamber is lined with ceramics (a spherical area), where the flame and all the stubs falling through are burnt out. This results in ash that can be used in the garden as high quality fertiliser.
Another novelty is the exhaust fan for combustion products. Instead of forcing air into the boiler, we exhaust combustion products out from the boiler. This means quicker heating and easier adding of fuel because the boiler practically does not smoke. Even dustiness around the boiler is reduced.
The boiler is equipped with a cooling exchanger to prevent its overheating during electric power failures. When overheating is a risk, a special safety valve opens water from the water mains into this circuit. Water that absorbs surplus energy is drained into the sewage.
A new design, new technical solution complying to EU standards and an attractive price make this boiler the leader on the Czech and European markets.
